Use of the machine tool:
JSK-500A CNC machine tool of rolling horizontal ribbing slot with thread steel can be used to process every kind of rolling horizontal ribbing slot with thread steel, and it can engrave the marks such as specification or trademark etc, inside the circle bore of the roller.
Characteristics of the machine tool
Five shafts and four shafts control the machine tool. The horizontal ribbing slot can be cut to form the shape once and the spiral angle of working horizontal ribbing slot can be regulated arbitrarily. The machine works with fingered milling knife rotating and cutting in high speed. It finishes the process by the rotating of the floater, turning of the roller and longitudinal knife feeding linearly. In addition, the machine can make the blank or mark the blank space according to designed program. The motor of the miller changes its speed by a variable frequency, so the elementary factors about cutting and slicing are combined well.
