CNC roll mill machine model WXK500C produced by our company is the only machine in CHINA which has no need to take down or shift the product part as well as electric parts Rolling milling and engraving words or logos can be finished in one working procedure. WXK500C CNC combination machine obtains intellectual rights and is equipped with the AC servo system model PA8000LW madein GERMANY Every control shaft is equipped with the independent motor and independent driver Fiveshafts and four shafts control the machine by CNC control systemevery three shafts a re linked to move.  

Characteristics of the machine tool  

 The body of the machine applies with the three guide ways and its width reaches to 1000mm.thesaddle reaches to 850mm The machine has good stiffness and suits to largescale cutting andengraving processing It can be easily used to cut high speed steel rolls or tungsten carbide roll rings.

The structure of axle to feed is with dual polymorphous axles, It moves on a linear guide way and is controlled by CNC system This structure ensures the spreading precision is high,and the workable life is long to 10 years with a good stability.In addition,the structure of processing knife can be adjusted manually or automatically The cutting quantity can be regulated during working procedure,especially replacing the knife on the pause of program SO it makes the processing more efficiency and convenience.

The milling heads of the flying knife and floating knife are installed oppositely The processing diameter size can be adjusted respectively.The max distance of the two knife points is 900mm long,so that roll installation is safe.

All moving parts are lubricated by electronic lubrication pump.

The machine can make arbitrary equal partitions process on arbitrary spiral angle and engrave the blank in arbitrary way.

Can process crescent groove,screw groove,ribbing groove,and horizontal ribbing g roove on the standard of CHINA.JAPAN.USA.CANADA etc.
